Paul Tellier is a Partner of Schofield Law Group.  He helps clients to succeed by developing and implementing practical strategies to achieve their goals and by providing exceptional service.  His diverse and dynamic practice includes civil litigation, condominium law, property management, and real estate transactions.

Paul represents businesses and individuals in all types of litigation in state and federal court.  He also has extensive experience representing property managers, condominium associations, landlords, and owners in all aspects of buying, selling, managing and operating residential and commercial properties.  Paul also advises individuals and companies on business formation, the purchase and sale of businesses, and corporate governance and compliance.

Paul graduated magna cum laude from Boston College in 2006 and from Northeastern University School of Law in 2009.  Paul has worked in various legal settings which has provided him with a broad understanding of the various aspects of the law and the legal system.   As a judicial clerk for the Honorable Raymond Brassard of the Suffolk Superior Court, Paul mastered the practical and procedural nuances of the courthouse.  As an intern at the Boston Regional Office of the Securities and Exchange Commission and for the Massachusetts Department of Revenue, he learned the intricacies of complex securities and corporate tax litigation.  Prior to joining Schofield Law Group, LLC, Paul worked as a contract attorney for Prince Lobel Tye LLP representing financial companies in actions relating to the origination and collection of mortgage loans.

Paul is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
