Elaine M. Carey


Personal Experience & Biography

Elaine M. Carey is an associate at Schofield Law Group.  Elaine represents condominium associations in all aspects of community governance and management.  She also represents clients in all types of litigation and in residential real estate transactions.

Prior to joining SLG, Elaine served as a Law Clerk at an intellectual property law firm in Boston, Massachusetts, as a Legal Research Intern at the Massachusetts State House for Senator Anne Gobi, and as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Chief Justice Timothy Sullivan of the Northeast Division of the Massachusetts Housing Court.

Elaine received a B.A. in History from Providence College in 2017 and a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School in 2020.  Throughout her time at Suffolk Law, she served as a member of the Women’s Law Association.  She is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and Minnesota.
