Shain P. Roche is an Associate at Schofield Law Group. Shain represents buyers and sellers in residential and commercial real estate transactions. He also assists condominiums across Massachusetts in all aspects of community governance and management, including preparing and amending complex documents, collecting common fees and assessments, and enforcing by-laws and rules. Shain also
represents clients in all types of litigation.
Prior to joining Schofield Law Group, Shain interned for the Honorable Mary Rudolph Black at the Middlesex Probate and Family Court, and was employed by an estate planning firm focused on providing complex estate plans for high net worth individuals. Shain received his B.A. from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2017 and graduated from Suffolk University Law School in 2020. During his final year at Suffolk Law, Shain served as Chief Note Editor of the Journal of High Technology Law and published The Bank is Open: An Overview of How Murphy v. National Collegiate Athletic Association will Affect the NBA and its Players in Volume XX Number 1 of the Journal’s publications.
